How to use
Before use, shake well to mix the water and oil layers. Soak a cotton pad with the cleanser and gently wipe eye and mouth areas.
For makeup that is not cleansed with water, place a cotton pad soaked with the remover on eye area and gently press. Wait for a short moment and then remove makeup.
