Charak Arthrella Ointment
For External Use Only
Indications :
- Pain associated with Osteoarthritis.
- Pain associated with Rheumatoid arthritis.
- Pain associated with Cervical spondylosis.
- Pain associated with Frozen shoulder, sprains, sports injuries and myalgia.
Usage: To be applied locally, 3-4 times on the affected area.

Do’s And Don’ts:
Do’s
- Eat bitter vegetables like bitter gourd, methi, drumstick etc.
- Consumption of garlic and ginger is useful.
- Prefer warm water for drinking and taking bath.
Don’ts
- Avoid food causing constipation
- Avoid, sour things and fried food.
- Avoid exposure to cold wind and rain.
- Avoid cold water bath and consuming ice cold water.
- Avoid going to bed immediately after food.
- Avoid day time sleep.
- Avoid spending sleepless nights and suppression of natural urges.
Therapeutic Rationale:
Arthrella ointment is a potent topical anti-inflammatory, analgesic and counter-irritant.Camphora officinarum, Mentha piperata, Gaultheria fragrantissima and Capsicum annum, the ingredients of ARTHRELLA ointment are counter-irritants and help relieve pain immediately. Nyctanthes arbor-tristis, Oroxylum indicum, Withania somnifera, Curcuma amada, Vitex negundo are analgesic, anti-inflammatory medicines. Purified Strychnos nux vomica and Hyoscyamus niger are sedative and analgesic in action. Caesalpinia bonducella has antipyretic and antinociceptive properties. The counter-irritants in ARTHRELLA ointment also help the absorption of the anti-inflammatory ingredients through the skin. Thus Arthrella ointment relieves pain immediately, reduces inflammation rapidly and restores mobility instantly.
