Swamla ChyavanPrash is restorative Ayurvedic jelly. Its prime ingredient is the tropical fruit amla or amalaki. Amla is the highest natural source of vitamin C. Suggested Use: 1-2 tea-spoons morning and evening, preferably with warm milk for better tonic action.
