Burdock Root (Arctium lappa) ia a biennial herb native to Europe and Asia. It is a popular herb in traditional folk medicine, and is still consumed in Japan as a vegetable called “gobo”. Burdock is listed in the German Commission “E” Monographs.
Suggested Usage: take 2 capsules three times daily with liquid
