Description
Lemon Balm is a flowering plant most commonly used for its calming effects. It may reduce anxiety and pain, promote sleep, help with nervous tension, and increase the appetite. Additionally, studies have suggested that diluting and applying Lemon Balm topically may help reduce and heal the cold sores associated with herpes simplex virus.
Suggested Usage: 40 drops in water or juice, three times per day, six days per week Shake well before using. Not to be used during pregnancy. Consult with your physician before use. Keep away from children. Use only as directed on label.
