This herbal blend is an effective treatment of heart and circulatory conditions caused by constriction and blockage of the arteries, plaque build-up on vessel walls, and hypertension. Its primary ingredient Terminalia Arjuna was introduced into the ayurvedic catalogue in the 7th century for its effectiveness against these and other ailments. Recent chemical analysis has shown it to possess a unique combination of flavonoids and glycocides which have been detected to exert antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and lipid lowering effects while also being cardiotonic. While the remaining ingredients are used to alleviate pain and inflammation which is associated with the constriction of blood vessels, as is the case of haemorrhoids. They further aid in the rejuvenation of blood vessels which have been damaged by constriction, impact, or dryness, which are often complicating effects of hypertension or general injury.
Ingredients: Terminalia arjuna, Vitis vinifera, Woodfordia fruticosa, Madhuca indica.
